At Card Edition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pulls and collectibles. Because of the volatile nature of trading card markets, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully:

  • Return Window: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, sealed (for booster boxes and packs), and in its original protective packaging. Graded cards must be in their original uncompromised slabs. Opened booster packs or loose single cards removed from their protective top loaders cannot be returned due to market fluctuations.

  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at help@cardedition.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
